With an Amazon return, we do accept the prepaid bar-code labels.  If you have the label in your email we can print it out once it is sent to our email – info@postalannexofazusa.com or you can use rental computer at our location to print it yourself. If you are provided with QR code, then we recommend you to ask Amazon to replace it with the bar-coded carrier label. When they ask for an email address to send to, please provide info@postalannexofazusa.com. If none of the options work for you, then we can also help you create a UPS, USPS or FedEx label to ship it back.
